Adds a new strategy to the science section of the Administration Building with a custom icon. Allows the instant purchase of science points using up to 50% of your current funds. Converts in the same ratios as the stock contract funds to science converter but instantly, and using your current balance rather than subtracting from contract rewards.
Not tested with other mods which modify strategies.
Raw stats are from the beginning of time until now. Each follower and download entry represents one hour of data. Uneventful hours are omitted.
