Techo's Stock Planet Revamp No Kerbin Swap CKAN

Techo's stock planet revamp is a good mod overhauling the default solar system but it makes Kerbin not look like the earth but an alien pandora like paradise. It also isn't compatible with mods like scattered cities and many secret launchsites are gone. So I took the original code and cut out some of it and edited it to make it not affect kerbin in any way shape or form. This mod is not supposed to be used with the original TPR as that will break it. ALL THE CODE IS FROM THE ORIGINAL TRP APART FROM SOME SCATTERED PIECES I ADDED FOR THE MOD NOT TO AFFECT KERBIN
