bmaju's InnerMinmus is a stock-system modification for Kerbal Space Program that reimagines Minmus as a larger inner moon of Kerbin while moving the Mun farther outward.
Rather than adding new celestial bodies, InnerMinmus rearranges and rebalances the existing Kerbin system while keeping the familiar stock planets and moons.
The Kerbin ring system is enabled by default and can be disabled in:
GameData/bmaju's InnerMinmus/Settings.cfg
Change:
KerbinRings = True
to:
KerbinRings = False
if you prefer to use Kerbin without rings or another mod's ring configuration.
Environmental Visual Enhancements (EVE) is not a hard dependency. EVE-related compatibility handling only takes effect when the relevant visual systems are installed.
KH's Better Mun and OPXtras are both compatible with InnerMinmus and are recommended for use alongside it.
Neither mod is required, but both are recommended if you want the Kerbin system to blend more naturally with a visually and structurally enhanced stock system.
Extract the archive into your Kerbal Space Program folder so that the mod is installed at:
GameData/bmaju's InnerMinmus
If you are updating from an older development version, remove the previous InnerMinmus folder before installing the new version.
Backing up existing saves is recommended. InnerMinmus changes Minmus' orbit, radius, gravity, and sphere of influence, so vessels already operating near Minmus may be affected.
