This patch makes some structural parts, such as beams and modular girders, roughly 2-3 times lighter, so they now have more reasonable mass.
Values were chosen to be in line with Near Future Construction and Space Station Parts Expansion Redux. This patch is also compatible with ReStock and its own girders.
Examples of what's changed:
Modular Girder Segment 0.125t → 0.05t
M-Beam 200 I-Beam 0.375t → 0.18t
