This is Elijah's Tuff Flag Library, I put as many tuff flags I could find on here as possible and made this, a 382 flag pack, it is pretty safe to say this is THE biggest standalone meme flag pack ever conceived in Kerbal Space Program.
To install it, you extract the file, go to Elijah's Tuff Flag Library Version 1>GameData, and drag ElijahsTuffFlagLibrary into the actual GameData folder, this one's the fake one.
