The suits are not currently set up for use with Texture replacer, which means you will have to turn off the 'Personalise Suits' option for these suits to work correctly.
To see the suits in IVA you need: Historical Kerbal Suits
To install, simply extract the contents of the zip file directly into your GameData folder.
